These terms apply to the use of the TicketHub website and the purchase of tickets through the online store.

Service description

TicketHub is a platform for online ticket sales for music and other events. Through the website, users can browse available events, select desired tickets and make payments online.

All prices are displayed in dinars (RSD), with clear indication of whether VAT is included in the price. The event organizer, event name, date, venue and other relevant details are displayed in the description of each event.

Payment method

Ticket payments are made exclusively online, by credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) through the Payten / ChipCard secure payment system. After successful transaction authorization, the user receives a payment confirmation and tickets to the email address provided.

Conversion statement

All payments will be made in the currency of the Republic of Serbia — dinar (RSD). If prices are also displayed in another currency, such displays serve exclusively as information. The amount that will be charged to the user's card is expressed in dinars, and conversion to the local currency is performed by the card issuing bank using its own exchange rate.

Ticket delivery

Tickets purchased through the TicketHub platform are delivered in electronic form (e-tickets) to the email address provided by the user at the time of purchase. The delivery period is typically immediately after payment confirmation, and no later than within a few minutes.

The user is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the entered email address. TicketHub is not responsible if tickets are not delivered due to incorrectly entered data or problems with the user's email inbox (spam folder, full inbox, etc.).
